We will consider renting to own on a two year basic. $700.00 a month with a 700.00 deposit. If you want to add any amount extra to payment ( example: $100.00 extra) we will apply that and any other amounts extra each monthto the down payment. We will also be able to find a loan broker for you if interested after a two year renting with outstanding payment history.
